The Directors of Calibre have over seventy five years of experience between them with all four coming from an engineering background and developing into their own specific areas, from Operations to Sales.

Matt Mabey

Director

From an engineer, to supervisor to contract manager, director and finally business owner, Matt has a knowledge and understanding of operational management second to none. Through personal experience of working for the competition in the market, he knows what is required to deliver a truly successful contract built upon commitment, trust and understanding. Matt has always believed in working in true partnership with the client.

Steve Welch

Director

Starting his career as an engineer, Steve went on to excel in several sales roles, developing over time into an industry leader in M&E solutions building for clients. His comprehensive grasp of industry practices has allowed him lead the sales function for Calibre Building Services from the company's inception.

Brian Venton

Sales Director

With over twenty five years hard earned M&E sales experience under his belt, Brian is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable people within the industry today. He continues to enjoy the challenge every day!

Paul Soares

Operations Director

After developing his career within the corporate market, Paul has proven himself as one of the leading lights in the operation field. Along with Matt Mabey, Paul has driven the operational structure at Calibre to support the business now and at least eighteen months into the future, and remains the strategic leader taking the business forward with Sales Director Brian Venton.
