Calibre Building Services have been successful through competitive tender for retaining the maintenance contract for 3 Waterhouse Square, London on behalf of Knight Frank Promise for a further three years.
Calibre Building Services have been successful through competitive tender for retaining the maintenance contract for 3 Waterhouse Square, London on behalf of Knight Frank Promise for a further three years.
Calibre Solutions provides Knight Frank Promise with value for money and a service that supports the day to day operation of the building. The contract includes dedicated engineering resources and the employment and management of various specialist contractors.
Makenzie Pleasance of Knight Frank Promise stated that "Calibre where successful due to the commitment of the contract team, from the engineer who has been on site over 10 years and the management team who have been there from the start."
Brian Venton, Sales Director for Calibre stated that "retaining this contract is fantastic, we have been on site since 2014 and the site engineer even longer, the contract at 3 Waterhouse Square is as important as it was ten years ago as is our long term relationship with Knight Frank Promise."
