24/7 Help Desk Service

Our own in-house 24/7 help desk operation is staffed entirely by our own Contract Management Team. Which means callers always receive a more robust level of support delivered by qualified industry professionals. Because we have no dependence on external help desk providers, clients enjoy complete peace of mind.

Manned Sites

For large sites, typically over 100,000 Sq ft and with multiple items of plant or asset which need to be maintained, a set of labour load calculations are performed to ascertain the most cost effective way of delivering this site service. Often a client will define site coverage requirements, and Calibre will work in partnership to find the ideal solution. It may be that a 7am to 7pm package with two engineers working a shift pattern of four on four off 12hr shifts is appropriate, or in the case of a critical site, there may be a need for 24/7 cover, in which case we would supply day and night shift engineers to suit.

Mobile Sites

Where there are minimal assets and small buildings, or even just specific spaces within building such as reception areas or stairwells, a weekly visit my be the most practical and economic solution. Although with statutory compliance for emergency light testing and tap temperature monitoring currently monthly, this less frequent interval could prove to be the basis of the client's preferred regime. Calibre can also assist with the provision of reception and security staff if required.
